Meanwhile, on H4...

Below is my chart from Monday: 1.0534 was the bearish breakout level. That's the location where I keep selling.

In terms of support, the nearest stopper sits around ~1.0469/79... but I stay bearish for now and don't bother for stoppers or bumps. Trend is bearish while inside channel! Enjoy!

Trying again, this time I am trailing the stop. Got in at 1.0543, similar target. Stops now at b/e.

The movers are really pushing to take out stops as the new year approaches. Trade safe!

That channel has the earmark of a bull flag. I am short now but ready to switch if the winds blow in a different direction

Those who shorted like me around 1.0509 might be smiling now..

What's next: you can either take profits here at 1.0490 area OR you can let your shorts run... all up to you..

One thing for sure: I don't touch the buy button while candles open inside the red steep bearish channel!

A couple of small losses this week, such is the life of a swing trader. When / if I find the trade and trend it wont take long to recover.

Looking at the daily -if today is a bullish day then further topside is looking positive, though possibly not straight away.

Long on the BO topside. Could easily be a FO but as per norm I have a tight stop.

Meanwhile, on H1...

Last night, after seeing a mild breakout from the steep bearish channel, I quit my short orders and left it that way.

Came back to see that price has gone nowhere. Low liquidity is only causing candles to drift sideways. I am doing nothing for now, but after London opening we must watch if market wants to move or not. Lack of liquidity kills the fun.

While candles open below the 1.0509-ish zone, I stay away from the buy button. The 1.0492-ish levels might turn into support with help of MACD divergence.

Overall, maybe we won't even have a trade opportunity today. Time will tell...

I love Frankfurt/London openings..

1.0540 area is my first bull target on H1... After that, I will begin to buy dips like usual!

*On H4 there is additional resistance sitting around 1.0550!

Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. While I am currently bullish on H1, please know that the overall trend is still bearish on D1...
  2. Notice how well MACD lines are positioned inside bearish territory. Therefore, always trade cautious when going long!
  3. Now, that said, in the back of my head I am also trying to catch the timing where I might turn bearish again. And that depends on how price reacts when it arrives at the marked areas along the red colored area.
  4. Those areas are: ~1.0537.... then ~1.0575 and finally ~1.0628 for today!
  5. Long story short: While scalping long, we must try to catch early bearish signs around these sweet spots. In other words, don't turn blindly bullish yet. This market is not bullish just yet! I trade mixed!

Resistance @.053 holds strong
Based on H1, 1.0511 is my new bearish breakout level.. I scalp mixed. I am back to selling this!

*Let's see if 1.0518 can resist! Any H1 candle closes above this, I would switch back to buying.
