On a side note before I call it a day:

  1. On H4, we are still in bullish territory but because of MACD divergence I allow myself to keep selling on H1 until bears have tested 1.0938 area..
  2. If test fails, we could witness a bounce up and I can then turn back to bullish.
  3. If test succeeds, bears could force price much much lower. But that comes later. We go step by step!

Yesterday's US economic data caused the USD to strengthen briefly, and EURUSD fell with a long bearish candlestick. Now the market is correcting.

Quick DAILY Outlook

  1. Today all I care is 1.0970 area support.
  2. If bears can't break below it, bulls surely will use this opportunity and rush up to retest latest highs: 1.1050/60 area.
  3. It's Friday folks... Please trade extra carefully!
