VTTrader: Looking for new VT Trader broker

Does anyone know if the VT platform is used by anyone else besides CMS Forex ? I think I've had just about enough of their "Bucket Shop" market maker tactics. But I'm hooked on how easy the platform works compared to MT4.

For what its worth.....alot of folks use the vt trader platform for the studies and alerts, then trade with another broker.....I use Oanda.

Money forex looks reasonable -- but their platform is an early version of VT -- maybe VT copied them ?

Can anyone help on how to code the indicators from VT to XML ? (Money Forex code for indicators)

Anyone with any experience with Pinnacle or any of the others ?

I am in the same boat as others -- dont like the delay in orders -- other brokers I use much much faster - but I would also like to keep an account with VT platform if poss --

I think the choice is:
Use VT = 1 Broker

or

Use MetaTrader = variety of brokers

VT trader platform is created and owned by Cmsfx, so it's hard to find another broke(r) with this platform.....

There are VT brokers in Europe that probably use CMS servers . They have upgraded servers and software this weekend with emphasis on reliabilty and connections with more changes to come. Hopefully this will solve some of the problems people have had with VT. Time will tell. Most MT4 brokers will shut down during news announcements too and not guarantee orders.

Hi Andylo, It's not that I don't like CMS, I've compared 4ea accounts live, both during news announcement time and regular non news time and for what ever the reason the CMS platform although the easiest to execute a trade with, was almost always the last to fill the order. We are talking about an operation that will flip 100's of thousands if not millions of dollars through an order processing system. Big money!, requires big accurate programming platforms that should be flawless. CMS as well as all the other market makers have a lot invested in their platforms, not to mention their reputations. VT Trader platform is superior to all the others (Yes I'm Bias'd). Then why does the order processing function execute so poorly? I have to believe that the back office is over working the "Fills" in their favor. This would explain the delays and disconnects. The other 3 platforms I use have had disconnects but far fewer in comparison to CMS. As market makers I do realize there taking the opposite side to a trade and providing me with liquidity and an oppotunity to participate with the big boy's, so for that I say "Thank you". For now, I will continue to use CMS, but only for trades that don't require Fill accuracy.
