What are QQE and PSAR? Are they available on Accucharts or mt4?

I think QQE stands for Qualitative,quantitative estimate.
PSAR is Parabolic stop and reverse.

QQE is often used as a trade signal?
Whereas PSAR is commonly used in trailing stop methods.

Both are available in MT4, dont know Accucharts though.

PSAR is available in FX AccuCharts (as "Parabolic Stop and Reversal")
QQE is currently not available but might be added soon.
