Saw an ad for Vantage fx offering 8.88% interest but honestly I do not trust them.

The problem is that such brokers require you to trade and then according to the lot size you trade, the interest is added. One broker that i have recently seen is Freshforex giving interest, but as i mentioned you HAVE to trade.

Quite a few are starting to offer this feature but as mentioned, you have to trade and there are minimum requirements.

Sounds good in principle but I imagine not worth the effort and you'd be better to just find a usable strategy.

Interest rates can be too low for any trader to rely upon as they might be making a lot more through buying or selling any currencies IMO.

AxiTrader pay interest on the money sitting in your account - but interest rates are low.

Seems like yet another type of bonus system whose main goal is to attract more customers. In the end of the day FX Brokers are not bank instances and I don’t think that this practice will evolve and stay around for the foreseeable future.

Fully agree with UlliC its just another bonus system involving you and than requirements is trading some volume to keep. This is like giving you a nice costume and start pushing you off the cliff.

I don't think it's a good idea to open an "saving account" at a forex broker...= =
