I think it's because of their history. Scam on a global level.
If FXCM were really banned, shouldn't it be stopped traded on NYSE??

And how could it be allow to change name and trade symbol?

I am just don't get it.
Well, they are still noted on the stock exchange and they still have business in other countries than US. Regardless, their stock plummeted when news came out that they were banned from US and that they have stolen from their customers for years. Name change or not, I don't think they will survive this huge blow to their business. Bankruptcy is coming I believe. Watch out!

i think FXCM will be the first company in history to be ban from doing business in the u.s.a. and still be listed on NYSE, correct me if im wrong
