I was doing a search on other forum's looking for a crossover indicator. Found one and did some testing and seems to work fine. I am putting it up over for everyone to download. Hopefully, It will cut down on pulling the trigger a little too early. 
You just have to change the preprogrammed values. I tried doing it but I am not a programmer (more of a researcher / investigator / analyst due to my background). If someone can change the predefined parameters and post it, that would be great, otherwise, we'll just have to take the additional step of changing the values.

I looked at it briefly, the SMA/EMA are based on close, i can change the colour and ema/sma counts, but not sure on HLC requirements. will have a go this week and see how it works out, i would also suggets that you post it to the MT4 forum and see if anyone there can help.

Ok so i think i got it sorted, i've made changes to colours, HLC/3 and i have created a 60min and 240min version.
they will need to be checked against a correctly setup and running chart.
see how it goes and let me know if you need anything else.

WOW, My own indicator. I am humbled. Thanks guys, but i have never downloaded an indicator to MT4 because I dont trade with indicators but I would absolutely love to have a look at it and try it out if I knew how to put it on my platform, any help would be greatly appreciated.
there not really indicators, there are more like price alerts so you don't have to be watch all three charts at the same time, means you can have a coffee break and chill for a few.
Anyway we don't know if they work yet.
click on indicator and select SAVE TARGET AS, then find the folder for experts/indicators (normal location is C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4\experts\indicatorsfiles/metatrader/). click save. close MT4 and re-open program.
open chart and then look at your indicators list - under custom indicators you will find the file, double click and away you go.
if your metatrader is run by someone like northfinance your may find the program folder starts with NF -metatrader or similar.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Ok so messed some more and created Day, 4H and 1H - if you load all 3 on to 1 chart it will show the 8 and 13 ma for all 3 TF. for use though i would advise adding each to it's own.

only to your mobile. no joke, i'm not a programmer but mt4 has an email alert system that you can use to text your mobile. ask and you shall recieve.
but we may need someone with a little more skill to add it in. that said if you look in options i think that might be were it is.
with regards the double arrow not sure why that is, i didn't write the indicator so we would need to know were it came from and ask them to de-bug. a possible use for this would be to run all three on a hidden chart just so that the alarms can be used, that way if we are looking at something else - scouring the internet for that all important comedy club article, we don't miss the cross.

Hey guys, I think the indicator has some serious bugs. Keep on hundreds of pop up alerts. I've tried un-checking "allow dll alerts", etc... but still have the same problem. I don't know if it is mine or everyone. Please do let me know.

Same problem here. Too many opportunities for me
I think it should be taken over to the MT4 forum, see if we can find someone that knows how to write code, they might be able to figuer out why this is happening.
