As entertaining as this is to read from the sidelines.. You do realize he is challenging you to a trade-off? Both of you starting a live acc with a TE and seeing who does better..

This would be the best way, but I'm certain neither party will have the balls to take it up..seen too many of such stuff across forums. Neither the one accusing the scammer or the suspected scammer will dare.

Heck, even if a demo account is used instead of a live account just to see/decide who is the better trader, the challenge will never materialize...

Both OutThere and EcoTrader starts a LIVE account...just a nominal $100...since both are highly skilled traders, $100 should be nothing to them right? Load it up on TE on here.

Just one month challenge, starting from 1st June till 30 June.

The one with the higher returns wins. Simple. Now let's see who backs out..

Yeah exactly. We will have clarity as to which approach is better. This is a golden time opportunity to prove once it for all.

I run 2 businesses, starting a third, and trade my own live account that I am about to take full time ( closing my one consultancy business that I have used to consult In the financial services industry for the last 20 years). Do you really think I intend on offering anything more than lipservice, unless he is willing to pay me a consultancy fee for my time away from my main trading account. He is the one trying so hard to prove TA works, not me, he can easily settle this by showing his trading accounts and I'll eat humble pie so long as

1) they have to be active for at least a year.
2) can't have a drawdown more than 20 percent to rule out idiotic trading strategies that don't cut losses and hold them forever until profit or blown.

I am in on that BUT this is not about if TA wins bigger or news trading wins bigger.
He claims TA trading is retrospective trading and in hindsight.
It doesn't matter if I win more or he wins more.

There are 4 outcomes:
1- He wins/I lose
2- I win/ he loses
3- We both lose
4- We both win

I win if I get #2 and #4
He wins if he gets #1

If we get #4, I still win because obviously TA has worked then.

If we get #3, well, we are both losers and especially him because news trading is supposed to be so much more superior way of doing it according to him.

Dude don't weasel your way out!! This is just on the side of your main trading or other business of whatever you are doing, one or two trades a week that's it.
Whatever you do with your main account, just replicate it in this mini demo or real account. That shouldn't be problem right?

Ok, next time you are flapping your oh so busy mouth about TA being a hindsight strategy, make sure you mention your 2 above conditions. Say something like TA isn't a hindsight way of trading only if it is successful for more than a year and has less than 20% DD.

You still may get that challenge that you suddenly have no time to take tho.

As long you both don't blow your account, then both of you guys are winner. I know you can't win everyday or every month but if you can maintain your account balance while trading then you guys are somewhat successful. If you raise the balance then you know what you are talking about.

Where are your 16 accounts nobrash, you want to prove TA works but you can't put up all your accounts. You want to prove to me, I don't give a shit about you and have zero need to prove anything. I have had my time here helping others and I have a thread that made live calls every fucking day. Why don't you stop beating around the Bush and admit you either don't have 16 accounts or you only have one that's still operational with the others dead in the water.
