So. I have some piquant question.
If i have an account and plan to attract investors. Can somebody give me piece of advice how i should do it. Any methods and experiences. What is attractive to investors, how can I attract attention?
Since you didn't mention exactly what your question is about, I'll try to answer:

If you mean for someone to invest in your trading account, maybe like PAMM, then you have some good options.

To start off, you need solid proofs of your success and publish it on popular forums, such as this one. If you have a trading system, open a thread and include attractive posts, pictures, outstanding English and professionalism in them and tell every one you know about your plan. Keep your threads up to date each time you trade. Always reply to people who try to understand or even if those that don't like you.

Answer questions, be a kind person and make a good name for yourself over every place like Forex Factory and try to attract investors if they need something from you. I know its hard, but its really worth it.

Don't try to ask for big money at the start of investing, not all people are stupid. You have to be very careful with them. Never ask them to invest or try to beg, they won't trust you. I've done that before on my PAMM account, and it turned out pretty bad.

I agree with Noorx. You gave very good advice. When I started here in the forum, it was difficult to make visitors read my news thread. But over time, when you show a good result, readers are showing interest. Try to find friends and like-minded people in social networks.
Again I agree with Noorx. You should not force or persuade investors. It should be interesting. And for this purpose, to have a good result and oratory. Try to find an audience here and on other sites, find the most popular by using Alexa. Always updated news.

Well, I took out all what I wrote from the experience of opening a game server. Did you know, opening a server or a website and publish it to everyone is harder than this business. Seriously. But in the end the people's minds are the same. Just attract the attention, as OP said.

First and foremost you need to have a track recored and audited account from your broker.

Your record has to be proven for at least 6 months.
Depending on the investor will depend on your Draw down.

Typically a DD of 15% is max but if you want to find investors with bigger account sizes that will have to be reduced to 2% to 5%.

You need to show you can make between 2 and 10% per month and an equity DD less than profit made per month.

Let your results speak for itself. Start with a PAMM account. Now a days it is easy to just link an account to sites like myfxbook and many brokers anyway offer PAMM accounts, besides MQL5's own signal service for which you can charge a fee for copying the signals. Investors are more likely to be attracted to good and consistent results than marketing hype. So just focus on your trading performance and investors will come by at their own pace.
Trade with your money it's much safer for everyone.

Thank you. I fined more useful information for me in your post. I will try to begin my tread with my results here and on the Earn and tradetowip... I hope i will be interesting for readers. And i watched to the treads on ff in "journals" I will learn from them.

Attracting investors - is time costly affair. Therefore, there are people who specialize in this.Try to find a partner that will attract investors for you. He will charge a fee for it. But it's worth it, f the partner is good.

Just some advice its not worth doing unless you can manage accounts over 100k. 250K to 1 million is best.

I agree. Manage tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands - are two different things. If the trader does not know how, he will face the challenge when a sharp increase of size of the account after investing.
Hi All,

I'm a bit confused by what are essentially retail traders trading with other peoples money. I've been approached by a forex 'training' company who also appear to manage other peoples funds. Do they not need licenses etc to do so?

They also offer a 'free' apprenticeship - from what they've said to me you just have to deposit £££ into an account with the broker they use (24fx) and then you get training over a year with the view to becoming a full time fund manager with them?! I've ignored their calls as it all seems a little bit suspect to me - what do you ladies and gents think?

They were quite insistent on having to tell them what your account number was once you've opened a live account - I asked why and they said it was so the broker knew I was with them and not to spam me?!

There are alot of scams out there. Anyone that keeps calling you is only after your money.

There are many so-called fund managers coming from India and Pakistan. They ask for a initial fee you give them your account details and then they blow your account.

In some countries you need to be certified to be a fund manger. Here in Australia you have to be ASIC approved and work under an Australian financial services license, which ALL providers of financial product must have.

I don't recommend you to deposit with that ''company''. Better safe than sorry, mate.
Actually, I already have a PAMM account. I invited my friends to invest there. I warned them of the risks. But i want something more always. For now i have 4 investors who do not my friends. They fined me themselves. And thanks guys for your help and advices. I will keep them.
