Did Alpari cancel all trades (win or loss) today?

They withdrawn my profitable trade with excuse that they found backlog of qoutation of instrument GBPUSD. And they say they canceled all trades 5 min after the news release Official bank rate.

I'v made a complaint and will share a reply before accusing them of scam.

But did somene traded GBPUSD with loss and they give back the money as they claim?

did you try contacting them did they say anything? there should be an email first before they do anything with your account atleast.
