Hope they will have to update their information because it is mentionned in their platform manual that you cannot change or cancel a position that is not at least 10 pips away from the market
Just reviving an old thread! I'm new to all this, but since thread is a few years old, can any of you recommend a true and highly reputable ECN where I can start trading with Forex? I imagine so much has changed since two years ago and hopefully the good ones are holding true with many happy customers.

MB Trading is still good. Interactive Brokers is another good ECN but their trading platform is horrible (bare minimum) and their customer service is not the "hand-holding type"; they expect you to be pretty self-efficient BUT their commission is pretty cheap. HotSpotFx is also good if you have $1 million to invest with them; they used to offer their services to retail traders but not anymore.

Thanks for the reply! I never knew HotSpotFx needs 1 mil up so there goes that idea. I still keep reading MB trading is not true ECN and they still on occasion trade against you. What about Dukascopy? I read that they are backed by the major swiss banks so I was hoping somebody here has used them for awhile and can comment?

I don't know much about Dukascopy. What I do know is that they are an ECN and they used to have a minimum trade size of 1 million but not anymore. You can trade standard lots with them although you get better execution if your trade size is bigger.
There is a thread on FF titled "Dukascopy" discussing about them and you can find out more reviews about them from other broker review sites such as www.forexpeacearmy.com.
