Agree...

And now I'm in an wierd place here. Bovespa just put a new high for the year, while Dow is still hovering around the 9.5k - 9.6k.

Oil jumped from mid 68s to mid 70s today... Just like that..

Markets are coming for another tomahawk fart today. Oil +1%, Dow Fut +75.

Dollar is taking on the chin already, except against cable

3Q earnings come into play now...

And I still don't like the r:r to buy stocks here at these levels... Maybe small chunks?

Bovespa cracked 63k, on its way to 66k than 70k big figure, it's buy buy buy day..

I see Dow beyond 10,000 points by end of the week. It's earnings season, notbody gives a damn about profit taking anymore, just the old good irrational exuberance, let's go Dow!!!

The Dow has to hit 10,000 before the correction, that's for sure. If it doesn't then gold will go even higher:

Gold hits record at $1,045, gains on report of dollar's demise

Silver and copper contracts also move higher

Everythings stopping for a breather, then 10,000, then down. In my humble opinion. Are we trading in thin air? There have been 100 bank failures in USA this year. Even a huge economy like USA can surely not sustain this level of financial failure? It's like the calm before the storm.
Gone to a better place

I'm waiting for this correction for quite some time and stocks are going higher and higher.

I thought 9,900 was 10k enough for the bulls, but apparently not. If there is 9,901, there will be 10,500 this time...

And if Q3 earnings come as came Q1 and Q2, I don't rule out 11k vicinities.

hey chonchy.

So I suppose it's like I read somewhere, the markets can stay irrational longer than your account, or something like that.

Yep, Fat tails at the end of bell curve. People think that the markets should not stay outside the bell curve (irrational) for long period of time, but historically it is seen that the opposite happenens....volatility increase and spread widening extraordinarily and stays like that for longer that your account
The only way to get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent.

You know, luck can show up in some weird fashion...

2 weeks ago, a costumer complained about the fabric I use to make 100 pants for his store... Discussions and name calling come and go, I decided to replace the goods 100% hurting my profit badly...

So I decided to put the returned pants to sale in a website here, called Mercado Livre, that's our e-bay, actually.

And I whought WTH? let's sale other 4 products I have stucked here.

Already sold R$ 450 in a week, including 5 returned pants, pocketed R$ 75.00 net profit for me plus the company's profit.

Preparing to build a whole DAMN clothing store on the website
