I thought currenies and stock market has no relation. I thought stocks or bought for apples and bananas. And we get apples and bananas from the fields where we work as apple and banana plant workers.... And the currency for the big, ugly and cruel bankers...

Market is now on IBM's new good news.

Morning news just showed what was bad in the last 6 months is still bad. Big deal will be when those data reverse course.
[RESEARCH - CREDITSIGHTS]: The research company claims that GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP and LEHMAN BROTHERS HOLDINGS may have losses not yet known to the public. They claim this would have been done trough VIE's (variable interest entities) which would allow these companies to keep subprime related losses out of the balance sheet.

The estimate is about 11 Billion USD for Goldman Sachs.

This was reported just now by my broker... I think this deserves a rally!

I believes this warrants a 200 point rally in the DOW and S&P (due to the fact that it is off the books, hidden away from prying eyes).

Well basically you need to reinterpret every single news in a way that it becomes good news. Is that possible only if the coin has only ONE SIDE. If you flip it you always get the same thing that is 100% certainity/probability. That would mean for the person to be billionaire in an instant.....

No... Just techis held the move on the bad news (12.5K former strong support turned into resistance, turned into support again), lack of sellers/panic.

As bears didn't show up and IBM came with good news, bull took over.

Next big time resistance at 12.7k, which was the gateway to hell on the way down.
