...Some times you are allow to let the trade breath.... but if it turns back on you...you lose your profits.... but lock in profits like this 200 pips ....you control some profits...

I dabble with timeframes.
What seems, after like 13 years to be the thing for me is M1.
This kind of deals from today:

Thats a pretty good morning session.
Psychologically i like to see moderate losses.
That means im not getting too much of an ego, it proves i can still take a loss and not loose my marbles.
Its when im racking up a long ass list of profits thats when it gets dangerous.
You know what im talking about im sure.

The way i see it there is A BUNCH of places to trade every day.
At least ast often at it goes up/down on H1.
And there is no real reason not to trade reverses on M1 either and we got plenty of those in a day:

Thats about 12 of them...
I try and keep the SL real tight, couple of pips of loss and im out.
If it dont work out, waiting for it to work out usually fucks it up.
Max TP in a dream case scenario is 25

And this is what my H1 chart looks like, to keep track of some S/R and such.
Keep in mind that i dont want to enter/exit trades based on H1, rather i use it to calculate S/R areas.

When getting my head on the trading zone, i have over many and long years learned to keep other things out.
Like facebook.
Beautiful women.
Relatives.
And even friends.

Yoga, running, martial arts, going out into nature and power training i cant skip though.
They go hand in hand with good trading for me.
Even music to some degree seem to have a role in it.

Here is one trade that didnt go as i thought it would.

Its not a loss, but it didnt work out.
I had a feeling it was much af a chancer so i used 1/3 lot size on that one, as compared to the other today.

...The one minute chart is my entree and where I conduct all or most of the trades looking at the other time frames of course to keep them at the back of my head...I believe that this is due the HFT that the big guys take on...and with the exclusion of a few break outs...
