If this is a mutated strand, it's not good sign. Death rate % is well above the ones reported in China. Atm this report is the worse % in the world. I would be skeptical of those lower China reported death % numbers. ATM in Iran, the # of cases "with an outcome", is 100% death rate. Or 13.6% death rate of those infected. A small sample atm.
