Simple Heiken Ashi EA

Can any programmer, program a simple Heiken Ashi EA which buys on completion of a green HA candle and sells at completion of a red HA candle (stop and reverse). It should work on all time frames and all pairs. No martingale or anything else required.

anything found? I also cannot find ea for standard heiken ashi but for smoothed so many out there. weird.
Trend. Price. And nothing else matters.
