I'm basically new in the hedge trading.

The first idea comes to my mind: is it proper to use ADR indicator as an additional correlation factor for calculating the lot sizes?

For example: I want to trade EUR/USD vs NZDUSD. NZDUSD has lower ADR, so it needs extra multiplier (ADR EUR/USD : ADR NZDUSD). Maybe it's not very useful for a news trading, but for basical it should.

The second idea : stop loss for overall loss.

1. How does it calculate the SL ?
2. correlation calculation for which timeframe is shown on the chart?

1. which pairs are the best for positive correlation and negative correlation for this EA?

2. How percentage we should consider for both positive and negative correlation pairs for red news hedging?

I personally look at M1 bars of two positively or negatively correlated pairs only at red news time releases to study how they move together. I use H1 correlation with a threshold of 0.5 to quickly filter out non-promising pairs of symbols. For example, if the correlation between two symbols is -0.45, I'll skip to another pair of symbols.
After finding a pair of symbols with an absolute correlation greater than 0.5, you need to do your homework by studying M1 bars correlation between them at red news time releases.
