Pepperstone widens XAUAUD spread in the middle of ASIA session

I already checked 2 pairs that time 10/13/2015 8:30:00 MT4 time (AUDUSD and XAUUSD), but there is nothing happen, why XAUAUD widen spread nearly 10AUD (total 20 AUD bid and ask) in ASIA seasion?

They ask me to give them 1 business day, but no email yet

I'm a swing trader so this widen is ridiculous

switch to ctrader platform it will solve your problem. no manupulation in ctrader platform. It is easy to create manupulation MT4 what ever broker u use

It happens with gold normally
