{quote} Why would he do that? Whats his benefit?

Maybe just to feel good about himself. Just like how we want to dress nice or women wear make up or have plastic surgeries. If you have been to a gym, you will find guys boasting about how much they lift all the time ( but most of the time, the numbers are always fake). It's a nice psychological phenomenon of human. It's well known that even at their last breath, some people still tried to act up just to feel good about themselves.

If he has 88 millions or not has 0 effect on my trading. Why you worry so much about other peoples money?

He claimed he has 88 millions from trading in a forum about trading. So its normal for us to ask for a trade explorer.

Just like in bodybuilding and powerlifting, if someone claimed that he can deadlift 500kg, we would ask him for a video of him doing so.

And I still give dancingphil the benefit of the doubt that he can do it. Jesse Livermore was a well known example about how to turn $1000 into over 100 mils. And back in his time, it was much harder to trade than today.

And I personally saw at least 2 guys on myfxbook who had turned $1000 into 1 mil in just 3-4 months with very low DD ( and they showed how they did it with the live trade explorers on myfxbook too - unlike dancingphil of course). And one guy actually did that twice.

So I dont doubt that its totally possible to turn from rags to riches with trading. I just doubt that dancingphil is capable of that feat.

Some people want to be admired by other people, so they would show a trader explorer, others prefer not to for whatever reason. If i would make it big, would i show my trades/trading explorer? I don't know, probably not. Would i talk about it all the time like dancingphil? Probably not.

I've been following his posts since he joined FF, and he definetely likes to provoke. If the story is true? I dont know.

btw. Would you mind sharing the links to the myfxbook accounts you were mentioning?

A trade explorer even with 500k will never be show let alone an explorer with 500% profit.

Will I show you a picture of me (yes I am Bill Gates, please I need the attention) or an explorer with 10M?

Sorry but some things do not simply exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT yesterday; what is the most important level on your chart TODAY? Buggered if I am going to tell you - yet it is real and new every day. This level that is relied upon by it seems EVERY Market Maker. This level returned to several times almost every day. I haven't traded in 13 months. I am still only worth my $88 million back then. I still only own that cash, less the $17,000,000 and change I paid to buy 12,400 ounces of gold at an average of $1,367 per. Yet I cannot understand why people haven't seen or understood the MOST IMPORTANT level on...

Question for ya Phil,

When you say "Today" what time does "Today" start? Broker dependant? New York Open? etc.
There are many different times that "Today" can start at. does it have any bearing at all on your question?
My guess would be the Opening Price L.O

This guy has set all his accounts to private but I can confirm that he did the feat with very low DD. Im not a friend of his but I've been tracking him for over a year on myfxbook and Ive seen several accounts of his with over 10M of balance.

He's not really friendly but seems very professional and he knows what he does very thoroughly. He is, IMO, the best trader Ive known.

About the other guy, I've forgot the username since I installed Windows 10.

I've seen explorers with over 20M of balance and real explorers with 10000% of growth.

Im not the best trader yet and still have many things to achieve, but I've come to a conclusion so far that in this business, never say never. Anything can happen with trading, especially forex trading.

As you said, everything is private, so nothing to see.

I only found this thread http://www.myfxbook.com/community/trading-systems/profxtrader-21-million-usd-live/827213,4#?pt=2&p=1&ts=46&o=827213

Read it, it seems like the guy was operating his own fake brokerage to fake his myfxbook

OP posts always have the signature million$$$ to it and repeated in every thread he/she/it made his/her/it's post.

Obviously this was done with the intention to add credence to what he/she/it says.

You got to be a big time sucker if you still cannot see he/she/it's intention, too bad!

Back to the original, thought provoking, question of the thread....

Maybe it is the Futures fix price...

"CME Group has rationalized its FX fixing price methodology for both the 9:00 a.m. European-style and 2:00 p.m. American-style fixings......" from the CME site.

The reference price for some big deals and options.

He hasnt been active for months and he has no reason to show the explorers.

The explorers I mentioned were shown when he talked big on myfxbook and other people challenged him to show his explorers. Trading is like a challenging sport for him. One time he turned $100 to $1000 in 2 weeks. Then another time he turned $1000 to 1M in several months and there were also similar accounts.

In short, what he did was try to show what can be done with trading rather than selling courses or finding investors. So after he completed the feats, he just withdrew and closed the accounts.

Im not trying to advertise about this guy. I just want to show that Im not surprised if dancingphil can make $88 M from trading because I've know several people who have done that. I just want dancingphil to show a trade explorer, with just a small balance like $100-200 and show us what he can really do.

The difference between MyFXtrader and dancingphil is that when MyFxTrader was challenged, he just opened a small account and showed what he can do ( like turning $100 to $1000 in 2 weeks, or turning $1000 to 1M in months). He talks the talks and walks the walks. While dancingphil is nothing but talk and talk.

Doesn't matter. Predictions from retail speculators are no better than random.

I know important level already. I just want to be open mindset, discover new knowledge.

To me the most important level is in dynamic MA especially on EMA 10.

If TS tell his important level of the day and I already knew it I just ignore this tread.

If he just started the thread with only the question.

But here he said he made $88 M from trading. And I want to see him start a trade explorer with a small account to backup his claim of his trading ability.

If he opens an explorer and will show that he can trade profitable - what does it give to anyone?
If we understand what is the level he is talking about - simply open a chart and see by yourself can it be used or no.

So many negative posts again. If someone can give you some useful food for thought (not only in trading), it doesn't matter whether he is a millionaire, a writer, a SEO specialist, toilets cleaner or someone else.

It's simple - first post of this thread.
It asks a question - what most people don't see? For me it's a food for thought and I don't mind to spend some time trying to figure it out - even if I do not find anything.

No, I don't know which level he exactly mentioned - I have only assumptions at the moment.

Artem

Looking at a chart objectively, I would focus on a level where the price has come in contact with the most.
