Price hit the trailing stop on my long AUD/JPY position, so I'm out at a profit of 1.07R. That brings my edge to 40% and my Kelly to 14%. The long EUR/CHF position, on the other hand, is looking pretty rough at the moment.

Just finished the analysis for this week, and placed a small order to short AUD/USD, and a larger order to short GBP/JPY.

Re-entered short GBP/JPY position also hit it's stop, reminding me not to add to losers. 
That brings the edge down to 11% and the Kelly to 5%.

Since I have my Trade Explorer running, it's kind of redundant to keep posting positions here in the journal too. So I'll be confining this to more substantive posts. That is all.

I think this may be the last post on this journal. 
A few days ago, I finished writing a research report on the trading edge I've been using since the beginning of the year. I'll be offering that report for sale on my blog, so I think that means I need to become a commercial member here at FF.
As far as I can tell by reading through the discussions, commercial members are confined to posting only in the commercial section of FF, and cannot even access their own threads on the rest of FF.
Anyway, I'm off to email the admins to get my status changed. So this is me...signing off.

I am looking for something it has been in my head for a while now but i can not figure out the solution. I get this might be unusual, but it would be amazing if you can really help me. I know this journal has been quiet for a few years now, but i am a bit desperate...
The point is, i found the Lichello's AIM system, i made my own excell, i backtested with a few stocks and it seems to work well. The main point of Lichello's system is to take advantage of volatility of the market, and Forex is definitely one of the best places to look for volatility in a ranging enviroment. Plus, it is pretty difficult for a currency to dissappear, so it makes it a perfect place to use the AIM's system.
The problem is that, since the movement of the price in forex are so small, my spreadsheet thinks the price is not moving, so it doesn't send a buy or sell signal. And i am not able to make the AIM system in forex... and i know is possible since i've read through your journal you where using it for the NZD/USD pair. I also found another post where the guy used this system and he explains the basics, but i don't understand what tweaks he made to the system to make it work.

I'm back. 
After 6 years as a Commercial Member (and thus unable to post in this thread), I have closed down all of my Forex related commercial ventures. Now I'll be concentrating exclusively on my trading.
