I'd like to enter long at S2 (89.26), but I'm not sure whether this bear run is over yet. I need some confirmation before I commit.

The bears have been in control since about June 3, and I see no reversal signs as yet.......

I don't think this will go much lower.

I will be looking to add to my two long positions in the next 3 to 4 hours. It will reverse in the morning when the European markets open. Friday tomorrow, those who short it on Monday will close their positions and lock in profits.

I just set me free! I was stuck for 34 Days!

I had one short of 89.282 @ 970k, I get no sleep!
but ... Part of the problem has been eliminated!
thank you for following my suffering, is awesome, but the forum gave me strength to wait for the moment today, I'm free!!

I'm very happy for you Mary....and I admire your resolve to hang in there and wait it out. Please, please, please use a stop loss in future....I would have been very sad if the PA had have gone north and done some real damage to your account. Taking trades with a high probability of making pips, will not hit a properly placed stop loss.....unless your analysis is wrong.....which happens to us all from time to time!

I'm looking at a long position, but I want to see it get into the 90 range and show that it's moving through with force.

My main concern is a trend line I played with. Last time the price poked through just like right now was back in 2008 (a down month after a down month like May/Jun). What followed was 3 additional down months, from a top of 106 to bottom around 87.

But, the downtrend looks to be curving toward leveling. Of course, if we cross something like 88.78-ish, that might come true.

970K = $970,000 ? wow ! so huge and nightmarish .. .. yet, u hanged in there !

i am trying to figure out why u stuck to ur gun and hoped it would return to 89.282 .... what was ur conviction ?

anyway , Congratulations ! you did it your way !
We heading north this morning, but we need to go through the 89.88 R1 and 90.05 R2 levels. If we do, then 90.80 is on the cards in the short term (Friday/Monday).

daily chart : bullish towards 200MA ...?

hourly : playing bull flag or range for now ..?

anyway , being friday i am not too enthuastic about playing ... will just watch from sidelines
