I've placed this in the rookie section, because I don't know where else to put it. Truth is, this is for rookies and experienced traders alike.
Rock, paper, scissors is a simple game played between two people. At each turn, each player picks either rock, paper, or scissors, an at the end of each turn, the score is tallied. Rock beats scissors (it crushes them), Paper beats rock (it covers it), and Scissors beats paper (they cut it). You'd think that there would be a random distribution of wins over time if the game were repeated many times (i.e. both players would win approximately the same number of times). BUT, there is a massive assumption being made with this statement. I'll leave it to you to figure out what that assumption is.
Here is a link to the game, if you'd like to test your mettle. See if you can be the first to get to 10 wins. How about 20 wins?

What is going on here??? Can you see anything in this game that can teach traders?
If you find yourself getting frustrated, maybe you shouldn't be trading that day...Can you find that you can win consistently? What is your mental state when you do?
