Good trading Pips29. I was not in the short, too bullish. It came down right at my DOL and reversed (chicky tricky for those who trade ct) It is retracing to the ceiling atm...m watching

Yes, each and everyone of us are unique. But here, you're extraordinaire in identifying those divergence based on PA or it seems you can easily know if you go for an entry trade with the bulls/bears or against it.

Thanks V2. It s my job and my pleasure to spot the set up with my brown eyes, keep in mind not all work out well tho. The process is I get myself ready for good location (strong level of s/r), then wait to see how price reacts at/around it, then act upon... sound like searching for a investment property, location location location but don't just jump in any house around that area or you could get knocked out by getting an over price one... hehehhe...just talking to myself really.

hey V2 - have a looks @ this chart wit 2 TDI [Hanover's RSIMA TDI] - one set to 13 period and other set to 3 - wat happens is u get more clear crossings on the faster setting [they r early most of time aswell] but they all fairly matched-up to the slower setting - the diff is if u spend a long time trading wit the 13 setting u start to get a feel for when to enter and when not just off the type of crosses .... once u master this and combine wit PA & SR .... .... u will also notice div in this chart for the fast TDI and not for the slow [middle of chart] .... this is cause there is only 7 candles between pivot lows .....

Hi GS, thanks for this info. I'm using RSI period of 4. I went for this settings as I'm still pretty new with TDI RSI period of 13/CLOSE/ SMA/SMA/7 (TDI-RT-Clone) and RSI period of 10/TypicalPrice/SMMA/SMA/7 (APB pro TDI) (use by LK), while Davit uses slightly faster RSI period of 8/CLOSE/SMA/SMA/5 (TDI-RT-Clone)

based on my BigBang Theory (not the TV series) , Humans with brown eyes are trustworthy ,

Note: I said humans only because I was bitten by a dog that I trust and he has brown eyes.

GC: Long entry - Closed due to tight trailing stop

Guys/Gals, how do you set your trade entry with SL or TS. Do you just simply set a default SL level based on your money management that you follow?

Did you find out why you got bitten? Were you in a wrong place? wrong time? or having wrong behaviours? or for most of us lazy with thinking could say ah just bad luck at that time....blah or the neighbour or girlfriend or ....list goes on....you know the law "cause and effect', don't you?
I could 'bite' anyone who tries to attack me, you know, but I have choices and I choose not to let he/she has power over me. We can't control others, we can only control ourself.

Btw, GCAD GA are sitting at support...but TDI too bearish atm

when tdi too bearish, you don't know when buyers coming...
my initial SL usually 15pips away from last swing low/high or next S/R or 50pips, I adjust it as trade in progress. I exit early if it goes against my trade and closed below/above 10EMA. I think I keep repeating this rules. You may go to my avatar and look thru my posts. I believe most questions have been answered.

+100 each on EA and GA last night. Taken because there was one of Eelfranz's famous check mark reversals and a bearish inside bar on H4 (EA and GA both looked the same), also at the same time AU had a bullish inside bar and check mark reversal on H4 so figured it was likely to retrace after that big move. Took on m30 when they had a nice tdi cross which closed back below the DOL, GA signalled 30 minutes before EA so took it first. I put a 50 pip trail on them just in case as I went to bed.

what is the check mark reversal?

and why on EA m30 do our TDI's look differant, are you using differant settings.

You are using the tdi pro which has different settings to the one I use which has the original settings, mine also only updates at the close of the candle so the angles show up better on the chart I'm actually trading on.

Attached you will see the check mark reversal, when the candle opened where I have the vertical blue colour, the tdi looked like it does in the green colour box, its an upside down check mark (a tick in the UK). You will also see the opposite on AU.
