You'll be ok. Buy a bike (not one with an engine) for exercise. Maybe a tandem would do the job !

Missed it today. I saw the range was just about 10, you then adjust to 15 or so right? So, short entry 5 pips away lower than to the actual low was?

NO, we have trigger and we trade it.
IF ,that entry retraces we then make the range 15.

Got +4 & +1.5 from a wee drop out of supply to demand. Online for some other business so wasn't watching before or after for the other possibles.

I was wayyy late on the first one, and was about to bail on it when it turned, and just a little late on the 2nd one, however ended up in the right place! There was that much action over the 00 line that I just ignored it this time TBH.

Ah, so only the level for the potential SL/Counter will be then adjusted to 15 so there is some more room for price to retrace in case of a tight range?

Oh man, i had a horrible day... I shorted cable as well as eu several times and failed miserable. I tried to make some points not using any specific trigger/method through out the UK/NY session. Pretty much the same mess i still do/have when it comes to fixing the trade went bad.

The only consolation was i did not trade of too big size on these "blind" entries today so i still have some money left in the bank.

Anyways, good evening.
Managed a quick +4 off Claudia's AJ 2hour break. Another nice start to the day.

In today's case, my bias was short....especially during the Asian session, as I had seen some price action on the daily that led me to think that it may go short before resuming long.(if it does resume long)
That is what I like to do.....but there may be an argument that you just simply "trade the line" and don't get involved in other stuff like that.
I usually do exactly that, but I do keep an eye on those higher time frames....just in case...

In this case, it did prove to be right. If I had taken a long off the high of the range, I would be holding a counter right now.

Also, and again, this is what I do. (I obviously don't know what others do) but...

The second candle in the range (A) closed in a bullish fashion, and price was quite close to the top of the range when it closed.
I will therefore wait in the hope of a retrace back down and away from the range high to give me a bit of breathing room, and not get tangled up in the spread. (usually 10 - 15 minutes)

If price does go off without me, then so be it, but again, I am fairly conservative, and I have no desire to be on a trade "at any price".

So IF I didn't have my short bias on this occasion, I still would not have been long IF I used that method as described.

yesterday was a 5% & smaller 4% day.

Don't forget to watch the daily range, as it will help to guide you with trade whether good or bad.

Full bowl of WeetaDax once again, but not without some drama. Sitting on top of strong H4 support area so I was looking for longs. One counter needed, and it just squeaked home in the end before falling through the floor (so much for my bias!).

It may be worth me letting the 8am move try to show it's hand a bit as I was in pre-open again today.....or it may be better just going to work instead !!

currently i am having a fight with cable 08-00 break.
i wasnt going to long the high break then thought, go for it TRADE,
so it started dropping and in went the counter, AND NOW I PLAY.
i shouldn't be here as i am trading. lol

i took a few points off e/u 2nd break (00-00)
