That's what I really hate. Seldom do they actually change what the charts show but we have to wait until we get the "go ahead" permission

UJ seems to have a taste for 109.5xx, GU just hanging (but I have this feeling), Last GJ 4H closed above weekly 50% and 4H 38.2% .... seems dragon shorts may have to wait a spell.

Can't believe this sh*t... Before too long monthly trend may be threatened as well.

Inverted H&S pattern on 5 mins chart before this breakout to the upside happened. See it? Maybe now we can start to look for weakness. Since the H1 pattern target is around this area.

{quote} I had changed my short target recently to 144ish but you are 100% right. This recent low falls into the turning area and theres a good possibility this thing might have turned already. I guess the break of the channel is what might just confirm it. You got a possible target zone yet?

When a D wave completes (and takes out all the resistance), the next E wave finds very little res in its path. E wave target unknown, but over 196

BTW, this is only an observation on my part. When you do "trade calls" a lot of folks can get burnt. I gave up on that stuff years ago .... for that reason. You never know whether you're calling a trade on a 'false break'. Sometimes it's forex 101 basics (as in I called 195x about 5 months in advance) but it isn't always that easy. This one could go either way still.

This recent earthquake in japan. May be a reason for short term jump in nikkei and jpy drop.
It sounds funny but natural disasters can make good impact on service sectors on short term and create perliminary jobs. But then again japan use to be very prepared for such stuff. Think the markets are being designed ahead of this reversal and this might take some time.
Will stick to some gann levels, the reason is simply because i have no better idea

You know, when I took profits yesterday around 155.40, I didn't like the lack of movement and decided to just skip Tokyo session.

Skip forward 12 hours, and I realized I missed 200 pips. No regrets, though, since that zone was touch and go with intraday speculation flows. I don't want to think what would have happened if I kept my longs and it fell 200 pips instead.

Still decided to go long. 7 lots near the breaking point after it retested 157.10 again and again. I don't care what happens now; SL just above even while I wait for Carney and BOE to sing the next tunes. Just let it play out.

Dollar yen (USD/JPY) might still reach 109.70/60 before the end of the day, and the cable still can reach a couple dozen more pips based on the previous S/R and fibonacci retracement.

I'd say there's room for more, depending on how Carney plays out.

Edit: Any Brits out here? How do you feel about the upcoming Brexit vote, personally? I'd really like to know, since I don't have many British friends, and it's not everyday that you see a EU nation threatening to leave.

Edit 2: Came within 4 pips or so of my SL. That was close.

usd taking a beating and the jpy is doing even worse. Thank god I've only taken 1 position and got out at be.

SP poised to make a new all time high. I really have no idea about where this pair might go because of the brexit nonsense and maybe that's a good thing. I'll try to catch the next move from a decent consolidation. I took a fib extension from the low on 4/7 and the 1.618 is sitting around 159. Thinking I'll shoot for that

from what i've heard, and I'm basically new to this, is that the showing from Scotland during their exit vote, will drive the vote to not exit during Britain's dance with this.
it is also suggested that this will leave the GBP pretty unchanged until the vote, so I suppose it's stable? I expected the GBP/JPY pair to sink but it has come way around and I lost a 2 shorts for 500 pips before I decided to close the positions and flip to long

I could be wrong, am i?
