The CRISPR / Cas9 biotechnology is a piece of future and all the main biotech.- & pharma- stocks are involved (directly and not directly) in this topic.
In the present post I use the only biotech. stocks reported in GOOG-finance or Reuters-finance as (about pure) CRISPR based {previous posts: 239 - 261 - 281 - 290 - 341 - 454 - 476 - 611 - 625 - }.

Below the gray area, the target will be 2.2/2.4 of ratio, values in line with topping zone of 2001-2003. This scenario shows a large premium for inflation components.
A scenario with a confirmation & continuation in up-trend reinforces the current large premium deflation assets vs. inflation.
The probability of a reversal is concrete, according to fist signs detected in 15 December 2019.

➽This ETF (INDEX: Dow Jones Credit Suisse 30-Year Inflation Breakeven) is designed to deliver a unique way for investors to protect their portfolios from the adverse impacts associated with an uptick in inflation. As such, RINF can be used in a number of different ways; it may have appeal as a core holding in long-term portfolios, or as a more tactical allocation when expectations for inflation increase.
This ETF should be viewed as an alternative to traditional TIPS, which are generally the default tool for protecting against inflation. Despite their popularity, there are some significant drawbacks with TIPS--specifically, they are bonds that can be impacted by changes in interest rates. Because rising interest rates often accompany jumps in inflation, the ability of this asset class to protect against rising prices may be limited.
RINF takes a unique approach; because it consists of long and short positions in assets with approximately equal durations, the interest rate component is removed. That essentially isolates inflation expectations as the source of returns; if the market's expectations for inflation rise, TIPS will outperform otherwise comparable Treasuries and RINF will appreciate.
This is a relatively complex ETF, and may not be appropriate for all investors. But if you're interested in making a bet on increasing expectations for inflation, RINF offers a unique way to isolate these risk factors.
➽RINF provides investors with a way to gain from increases in the market’s expectation of inflation, but high costs and low assets reduce its appeal. All else equal, Treasury yields will rise relative to TIPS (Treasury inflation-protected securities) yields when market participants expect more inflation. Since yields and returns move inversely, RINF goes long TIPS and short Treasurys of similar maturity to capture this spread. One key facet of this approach is that it only gains when the spread changes, that is, when the market changes its mind. It provides no gains whatsoever if the market’s expectation of inflation stays the same, and it will lose if spreads tighten. Still, such an approach would presumably hold some appeal in an era of extremely loose monetary policy. However, RINF has few takers. Launched on 1/10/12, the fund still holds few assets and goes for days without trading. Short strategies aren’t cheap to run, and the fund’s fee coupled with wide spreads from poor liquidity add up to high all-in costs. Note: Prior to April 18, 2016 RINF tracked the Dow Jones Credit Suisse 30-Year Inflation Breakeven Index under the name ProShares 30 Year TIPS/TSY Spread. The index change is not expected to have a material impact on the investment objective.
