Hi, Cja

I need a program that closes ALL positions when my loss reaches X value

For example, I set my program to 300 usd of loss and when the gain / loss of all my open operations reaches a negative 300, all positions are automatically closed regardless of whether some are positive

This can be done ??

Also, I would like the platform to NOT allow me to open more positions (for x number of hours, for example) when I reach my maximum loss of 300. That way I will not over-operate

Hi cja, wow your coding is amazing. Would you kindly post one EA that will close all trade in one pair when it is triggered by stop loss one of the trades? So if there're 10 trades in one pair, all of the trades will close when one of the trade is doing a stop loss.

I have asuggestion if you can make it

we can add 2 more options

1- the EA close all orders after certain Equity, then it modify the close profit with quantity more ( we add it in that option )

For example: we make close orders at Equity 100$ , when it reached it all the orders closed , then the EA modify the new close at equity 110$ , when it reaches 110$ it close all orders and modify new close at equity 120$ and so on

2- add time to start the EA and time to start the EA for new close equity

Thank you for this truly amazing EA, it is of great value to me. I applied it on the chart and when it reaches the equity it
shuts down before it has a chance to close all the trades
I am running 6 ea's could that be a problem...or is it cause sometimes my trades are over 30 open?

Hi CJA, you are a talented guy, can you do me a favor please, adding only one input to this amazing EA
STEP PROFIT which is after alert of equity above x amount, and all positions closed already the trading will start again aiming for same
equity set plus STEP PROFIT
ex: Equity above 800 and STEP PROFIT 25 so positions will close first time when equity 800 then 825 then 850 and so on
so it's like tp targets stepping up each time
when STEP PROFIT =0 not active

First of all, congratulations on EA! I thought it was excellent and even though I respected all the wishes and requests of many, I think the less is more. I would suggest that the profit value for closing orders should be separated from the total account value, for example, I have a $ 3000 account and I place the target of $ 3100, when it happens, I need to enter the vps to change the value to $ 3200 and so go from $ 100 to $ 100 dollars. If there was a way to set the value, it would be much more practical, as it would avoid this process. EA would close everything and again wait for the new profit of $ 100. Thanks in advance and I look forward to your opinion!

Am using your Equity EA and works wonders. Clearly helps me with trading discipline. I got the 2 versions you made as they are as equally useful depending on the market.

I'm a Junior Member so I can't do much other than post on other peoples thread. Sorry guys
Was wondering if you could help me build a very simple trade manager with hidden stoploss and takeprofit.

Simple Ratio Trade Manager.
-The EA places Stoploss and Takeprofit at respective levels. (Hidden StopLoss and Hidden TakeProfit)
-Once trade has moved half the distance to TP, reduced Stoploss distance to EntryPrice by half.
-Move Stoploss to Breakeven+X pips once price reached 75% to TP.

*Would be nice to have the dotted line and arrows when EA closes trades and ability to change colors so I can visually backtest my trades.
*Information panel not necessary but could be useful for quick check instead of always Right-Click -> Properties.
*There is another EA online, ProtectEA which puts your hidden stoploss and takeprofit with horizontal dotted lines that you can move and such.
Maybe have a look, works quite well:

SL: 30 pips
TP: 60 pips
BE+X: 3 pips

Once price moves to +30 pips, move Stoploss at -15 pips.
Once price moves to +45 pips, move Stoploss at +3 pips.
No further action needed, no trailing stop, ride the 2:1 trade risk free or get taken out or manually move Stoploss line depending on current market.

I am thankful for any help provided. Added with your initial Equity EA, I think it would be a great tool to add to my arsenal and stick to discipline.
I am not sure if combining both EA are good for now, so if you could make it as a different EA would be nice.

I have spent at least five hours today looking for an EA that will disable auto trading but NOT kill all open trades!! Seems everyone that has ever written any kind of equity protection hard codes the closing of trades and it's driving me NUTS! Why can't it be an OPTION to close the trades or not??
