{quote} as long market keep making new lows i will sell pullbacks.. once that stops working.. then obvious we need to change to buys.. watch gold for breakout next week as well..
Ignored
if I’m honest this didn’t play out as I’d hoped as I expected to build a much bigger pos & I closed 2 lots on Monday to sell a pull back..... it didn’t happen.

that is just the way shit rolls, keep thinking objectively and it won’t really matter over the long term.

im loaded up on gold calls, april, may & june & agree it’s like a coiled spring atm. It’ll lag but markets dropping will have an effect especially when we refer to the situation mentioned above, if it gets worse, gold will be the safe haven. & my money I was using for the pullbacks, much of its gone in there.

also looking at 7500 / 7800 target on bitcoin before that breaks upwards, I didn’t expect it to coincide with the market drop this time as in uncertain times people will really look for tried and tested methods to store money, ie: gold !

Towards the end of April for the bitcoin rally imo - nothing to do with it halving as it’s already priced in, but when optimism returns, I expect that to kick in there also.

And also agree re selling the pullbacks until it changes. You have to wonder how much of what we do know is now priced in considering much of what is happening is almost impossible to predict.

bounces are inevitable. 1-2k is fine by me !

gl to all of us.

it should'nt lag to be honest, but instutions want to keep it in check this week.. they won't be able to contain it much further if this continues. /gold

risks of flash crashes are increased also.. folks so keep stops.. trade smart. and risk well. this for myself mainly

wise words. In other words...... sell the rips lol.

Thinking about going full time trading again moving forward, never traded currencies & a great deal still to learn but I think I’ve got it in me again. objectivity is key.

one wonders if and when we will bounce. Such a hard call atm one way ticking.

Out of interest... target for gold?

thinking short (ish) term 1800’s. But moving up and onto new ATH’s eventually.

Like last night when Japan did & it still fell 1500 points ?

won’t make an ounce of difference into this market Stylinex & for that reason they won’t bother until things start looking more positive.

its pointless them pumping into a scared market.. of course unless their intention was to actually help the real economy, which it isn’t & never has been.

if the fed gave their citizens helicopter money it would come with a clause of having to invest it in the market with a 10 year lock in period lol

Tbf I’m over trying to get me point across I sound like a fucking broken record. Was saying the same shit at 29300 3 weeks back.

buybacks have vanished, inflow of money has vanished, so who starts selling? world is surrounded by uncertainty & the fed won’t be able to intervene with a positive effect until things start looking more positive.

sell the rips, finger on the trigger for the lows

Quite correct. It’s only a matter of time before the Fed intervenes.

Sincerely hoping that Powell waits a long while though, lol.

good morning,

this thread has gone far from objectives. i see pages after pages filled with discussions, divergent underlyings and hindsight-postings. time to enforce the rules. from now on, i´ll start to ignore members which continue to not comply with the rules. everyone will get a second chance after a cooling-off period.

nontheless, good luck for all.

For those who may not have seen this. Look at VIX calls, volume and interest for VIX calls between $45-80 for March 18 calls. We either peak at around $48-50 and drop from there or if we go up above $57 we crash like we did in 2007/2008 where VIX spikes to $80-90. Good trade opportunities coming up to buy some VIX puts at support levels for reversal or calls for breakout

This will probably take place. More selling before reversal.
