udine, snail, , what is the winning % of the system ?

In case I understand correctly, you mean success rate. In that case 8-9 out of 10 trades approx. BE is not loser as it is +1 pips .

@Michael
You´re getting better at this, I can see a clear uptrend in the success rate of your trades
However, although you might have itchy fingers, it´s better to focus on London Open and if needed NYO.
Plenty of opportunities during those times, the Asian session is a world in itself (as are the Kiwi crosses).

I also took the GU to TP.

Think i'm finished for the week, this week net + 2.5% (all costs deducted)

I have slightly changed some rules so the system suites me better. I could not live with the the fact that for each loss i had to make three winners to break even.
When one starts trading bigger size this becomes less important, but for me it was too hard.

Can't thank you enough Udine, because you made me realise that you dont have to be in the market all the time.
Fast in, Fast out, take small bites. Trading Piranha style
It took me a while to grow the patience to wait for the best setups, but this is where my changes off the rules play a big role.
I now have much more confidence and with that the patience and discipline is more easy to do.

Green pips to all!
Persistence will get it. Consistency will keep it.

Hello Chake,

May I ask what change you made to the system for yourself as I also get nervous with the fact that one loser means I have to get two winners.

Although I am only currently trading extremely small lots

Just to ask snail, is this trade according to the rules or you took it because although not completely confirming to rules it looked good?

The previous h1 was red

GU short to TP - I am finished for the week.
Good luck for everyone still trading and see you all next week.

I would like to have a little self-reflection, I hope you don't mind.

This week I started with many losses which I didn't post because I was trading against the rules. But what I discovered is what everyone is keep repeating (including me) is patience and discipline. However, I found this is the hardest part of all to keep myself to, as once I had a loosing trade I was desperate to correct it and get back on track which meant I made panicked and wrong decisions as to where and when I should enter a trade. Which of course resulted in more loosing trades.

I am still reading this thread, I am at page 338, and trying to contribute with trades I took that was within the rules. But the hardest part is to be patient and disciplined, to which I try to train myself.
Towards the middle of this week I strictly just followed the rules ,although not jumping into every possible trade, but using discretionary judgement and S/R levels, Pivot levels to determine a higher probability of a winning trade. And of course my trades were much better.

So, all in all, what I wanted to say (mostly to myself) is PDF is one of most important aspect with this method and I will have to keep myself to it.

Udine, thanks for posting your trades again. They really are a great insight of your thinking....

Have a good weekend everyone!

[quote=amfx;7837623]{quote} Hello Chake, May I ask what change you made to the system for

Ending this month I am around 90% win rate with Udine's system and so ecstatic. Started trading live this month. (Been trading demo 3 months) It's been a beautiful thing for my trading. I scroll down my month of trades and all the green trades are udine's system and the few reds are when I "forced it" or went off the udine reservation.
Compare that to my greedy self trying to trade news this week and make some "easy money" trading FOMC and Jap bank announcement. I was completely smacked down trying my own greedy way trying to make easy big pips on these historic news announcements. The big boys put me in my place trying to trade news.
Udine shows me "small is beautiful" and totally doable! I'm going to follow strict rules and turn my computer off next time big news announcement.
