Hello,
So i have recently started live trading with fxopen.net, by openning an account as small as $10 just to test the waters before jumping in with serious capitals,

So, i placed a trade with stop loss, go away and come back only to find my trade has stopped out. The odd thing? the market never reached my S/L price
I have uploaded a picture, At first i thought this was just an error with my charts or something so i decided i make my stops less strict and the problem be solved.
Today however the situation happened again with gold, giving me 55 pips loss where i could be in profit right now. I was stopped out at 1340.90 where in my 1 minute chart, i don't see any candle going over 1340.30

Z12, you were stopped out by the normal spread as 55 points doesn't really qualify as slippage. No need to send a support ticket as this is normal.

When you take short, include the spread in your stop loss, for me, i'm usually put my SL above resistance area, around 1-3 pip + spread
