Please, I need an EA: if PA closes above/below given value

Hi

I am looking for an EA, please any one who can create this EA.

ALL TIME FRAMES

Long position:

If PA cross the price and candle close above given price value(5 digits), it opens long position and close all open position.

Short Position:

If PA cross the given price and candle close below given price value(5 digits), it opens short position and close all open position.
