BOJ’s Kuroda says positive cycle in economy is working
http://0.gravatar.com/avatar/e3b47e9...4&d=retro&r=PGby Mike Paterson
The BOJ presser has begun

  1. financial conditions are accomodative in Japan
  2. see Japan’s moderate recovery continuing
  3. will remain on track after sales tax hike
  4. consumer prices to hit 2% goal around middle of forecast period

Trading Levels with WRBs & Aggressive, Volatile Volume

{quote} Clive I got a question for an indicator you posted earlier called the clive trend cci. In properties I've set the zero cross alert to true however no alert was triggered. Do you know what could be the issue? BTW. I am looking for a pullback entry on the gbpusd to grab a few pips before high impact news thanks
Ignored
Hi GKAWA22

Sorry but I don't use the alarm myself just use it visually to confirm a pullback and watch for momentum to reverse durring a pullback, its not an indy that Ted coded so not sure what the problem could be??

As for getting into GBPUSD early before news release, yep like that idea as quite often it moves in direction of news spike , my theory is that Bank traders have some pre-news data so are taking positions early. Just my personal theory don't rely on it.

Also GBPUSD trades very well off of daily pivot , 200sma and the 25 levels, again I think its the banks traders. I see its just retesting 200sma, could be a nice entry with tight stop behind 200sma???

pullback and retest of yesterdays low if JPY strength continues on back of BOJ statement could be a good day.

Hi Rooi - all is good thanks. As I have followed the volatility and now focus on trading this beastie - which needs a lot of research and respect - I don't feel its appropriate to post much anymore......here you can see what I mean.......trading without stops and spreads that can be more than 30 pips.....

Well Gkawa22????

Did you buy close to 200sma this morning??? Hope so???

It was a nice little trade as retesting 200sma and stop well protected below yesterdays low, 200sma and daily pivot.Doesn't get much better really, unfortunately I got distracted by JPY pairs coming to top of my top trender indy so missed it all.

If you did get in though now the question is , do you move to BE and hold through news hoping for a positive GBP news???

Isn't it nice when you call a trade, do nothing about it, then watch it pan out exactly as you said???????

What happens if first trade is a loser???

Have a nice day at the beach.

Fighting for scraps ???? From what? The meal has not been served; in fact that was not even an appetizer, merely some welcoming finger foods.
