What do the rectangles and circles in the chart mean? I dont quite understand that.

Remember all QM is head and shoulder.
Not all HnS is QM.
probably there was a mixed up.
rectangles meant for entry.

shouldnt Bullish QM has Low, Lower Low, a new high after engulf, why did you say L H LL HH?

all you have to do is just to google for bullish quasimodo and click on the images.
compare and all you questions will be answered.

read all educational materials you can from the internet first.

qm buy pattern - buy at L
qm sell pattern - invert it. ie. sell at H. not L.
