cheers.. i had that - i got rid of it tho as i found i wasn't really giving any weight to the pivots. with you on the clutter thing.

What do you look for to estimate whether price is going to rebound from the level or not? The entry point shown is very close to the top of the first candle to poke into the Supply zone - not much chance to observe whether it will be rejected by the market or not.
Sure I have a trading plan. Buy low. Sell high. What's yours?

I used to wait for rejections but I see these levels go for at least 6 pips so many times that I just get in these days.
quick 10 with the help of the indi you gave me this morning c-12... (grey line indicating UK open price at 8am and the obvious subsequent move away).

thank you for that. yesterday's high seemed like a logical place to bank it.

would also have had +20 on the euro if i hadn't cancelled my limit order on the bus

It's something I picked up from Sam Seiden that session opens are great since the banks and institutions put their big orders into the market. Price is then often moved back to the these levels to fill the remaining orders.

I was looking at this a while ago on over at Ken's thread.

Don't really know what value to set. Is there a way to check on MT4 which value is the right one?

Yep, look at the current time at the bottom of meta trader and match it with your current time. My broker is GMT so I just set it to 8. You can adjust your time accordingly as 0 is midnight based on your broker's time.
