Thank you Pablo

Yes I use OANDA and have a main account for short and a sub account for longs. Works great milking the E chart. Just doing what a bankster does. Why reinvent the wheel I thought, get the MM under control and trade in a pyramid formation.

I have 2 accounts one for short and one for long.

Since the LT trend for E is down the short account is weighted more financially than the long account.

My short pyramid has its largest pos size at the top of the LT. meaning my pos size is larger at 1.3xxx than 1.2xxx. Inverse for the long. bigger at 1.2xxx and small at 1.3xxx

I wrote a software program that takes my account size, last open position size and place, the price of Euro, and a Constant. from there it calcs my pos size. Disclaimer I dont use SL and I trade long and short...

Thanks. Like I have said I learned from those who worked with the banksters and I paid attention to what they said.

Hey Pablo I tried to answer you in another forum. Here is the post. Sorry for the delay I am on 3 forums tonite

Before I go I belive Pablo you asked about FIFO.

Yes I live in the US and am subject to this. Since I trade in a pyramid structure and my account grows having the same pos size doesnt happen due to the math.

Thank you

so if you were long over the weekend and had an SL in place would that SL be honored or would it stop at the gap down price?

never experienced but my guess no SL will be hit during the WE GAP
down price where @ open will be the close price.

Personal experience, this was some years back... but I held over the weekend and I was short the EU and it gapped up almost 200 pips with a stop loss. When it opened broker automatically took me out because they dont have stop losses hit over the weekend and I lossed 25k in a weekend!!!...never hold over the weekend! The bad thing was that that Monday it retraced the 200 pips so I would of lost nothing if I didnt have a stop loss on. I would recommend never trading it. So on Fridays I lower my lot sizes and scalp, sometimes I have to get out with a loss before the close but I will never do that again!! You learn your lessons. Hopefully people will learn from mine. Good Pippin!!
