Heiken-Ashi System + Moving Average + Fractals

Dear All,

I am going to test a trading method from next week, and it is based on some trading strategies from forexfactory forum.

The following are indicators:
1.Heiken Ashi Smoothed (2,6,3,2)
2.Linear Moving Average(24) apply to HL/2
3.Fractals

Currently I will test it on GBP/JPY H1

The long rules are :
1.Heiken Ashi candle bars color sequence is red, blue, blue
2.previous close price is higher than moving average
3.stop buy order at last Fractal indicator price
4.take profit: fractal price + 0.2
5.stop loss: previous moving average - 0.2

I am wondering why price is lower than my take profit order, but the order is not closed?
