Euro-funded trading accounts

Hi all, Im wondering whats the opinion out there about EURO funded accounts..

I recently funded an offshore account with EURO's, I have traded for 3 years and never considered sending money offshore (Im Australian)

Im considering swapping from Euro to USD as I think possibly the Euro is risky..

What do people think? Has anyone else dumped the Euro as a base currency?

Euro is not going any where, so don't worry

I would stick with USD, its the global reserve currency and is good for base currency. Im british but use USD for any accounts from saving to trading.

I think Alpari do gold funded accounts which sound interesting but probably isn't backed by bullion so basically can't be trusted.
