I would stay with the 'we' thing there, women dont like the 'I' thing when they are going along, even if they dont contribute a penny they contribute in other ways, so it is 'we' now. I have been married for 37 years and I dont even put the letter 'I' up in the classroom anymore. Good luck.

When I said 'I', it meant us both bought the house. Yes, I paid for it but she found it and has put up with me for the last 4 years, so, yes she deserves to be happy etc.

She laughs now but at the time when we worked together in Singapore, she hated me and called me the most arrogant trader she knew. She was/is correct.

Anyway, Bob, if you ever want to visit NZ for a holiday then let me know as you are more than welcome to stay at our new home. And I do mean that.

As for the wanna be traders or people that dont understand about account equity/leverage etc then I will say one thing to you all.......

Stop trading FX because you will not become rich or make any kind of living from it and should stick to your day job, whatever that may be.

Afterall, there is nothing wrong with selling burgers, cars or houses etc.

About the real matter of this thread I am testing OOTB Sam's configuration with a result of 2.8% equity increase along the first day. Great job Sam and Steve! . The only change is that I use a more agressive MM (0.01 lot/ 500 EUR).

We'll see how this set manage the first DD when it comes (because it will come that's sure for all of us).

Appreciate the offer very much. We had made plans to go in the summer or around Christmas of 2012 but enrollment in my school is down this year so all extras have been cut. It is high on my list of places to visit though. Wish you a happy marriage and have a great time in NZ. We had a married couple from there come for one year to be teachers in my school here in China. They were delightful people and actually the first ones I had ever gotten to know from NZ. Now we want to go visit. They have a boat and I would love nothing more than to go fishing there.

I have one question for you though. Where in the house are you going to hide the computer so we can still talk with you?

You see that jagged saw-tooth pattern on the left side of the chart? That happened when I was using .01/500.

See the chart after March 17? That is when I started .01/1500.

Maybe there is a correlation.

As I recall, we can log in as 'invisible' if we do not want people to know that we are online and reading particular threads. I have occasionally done this myself, when I have not wanted people to think that I am about to automate such-and-such a strategy. Not often, and not for a long time, but occasionally.

All commercial traders have multiple pairs open and will add to their positions upto a certain level/point. If they didnt then they would end up with more losses than profits.

That has nothing todo with martingale or any other stupid recovery type system.

The systems used on this thread and others have a clear level to goto based on your account/leverage.

Systems i have traded commercially allow a trader to open 4 pairs and allow them to hit certain...
