Is it possible to download historical data of indicator?

Hi all,

Is it possible to download history from mt4 together w/ the values of an indicator?

Example, i want to download 1hr history of eur/usd. But i also want to see the data of my indicator, like rsi or stochs for example...

I thought I was answering a "is it possible" question, not a "how to" question.

Anyway, I will give it a try. I haven't done this for over a year, so I might miss something and even if I don't, don't expect good results - your results may vary.

The first thing is to do this in demo. You can mess up your charts.

You should try to get as much historical data as possible from your broker first. You do this by scrolling to the left (page up) and forcing new data to be downloaded from the broker. How much data you obtain depends on the broker. There are likely to be gaps and random spikes in the data as well.

If the above doesn't provide enough data, use the History Center (F2). There is help to describe how to do this, so I won't repeat it here. I just want to point out that history data loaded in the History Center comes from Metaquotes, not your broker. So you may notice discrepancies that you find suspicious. That is why you should use demo.
