{quote} How do you manage your trades in this situation? when you trade the range market you will get a bad R/R. When you take 50% of your profit at the R level you make some money... My biggest question is, when the price reach the R level give you the stop in BE?

As I said the main TGs are thouse identified on higher TF, but the trade been triggered on D chart, I use to identify the first D TG in order to put my trade in safe giving me the space and mentally conditions to keep the trade as long as possible....I have more ways to manage a trade and these Money Management concepts will be discussed further in the thread !

Hi Beertje...this is another way to enter the market that i'm testing to improve the R:R ratio.

Note that is more risky and sometimes you will miss a trade, you must try and see if you feel comfortable with this kind of entry.

Here's another sweet spot on the same chart to place the buy limit after the price action candles, tiny SL, huge R:R

Just a closer look of how important the high TF levels are...NZDUSD on W chart the P doesn't close above the R level..let's see it on D where we clearly notice how none of the candles close above the R:

The last weekly candle can be seen as an exhaustion, right? It runs through the whole RM and it doesn't close above...

Yes...but seeing that the trend is bullish with the close above the triangle, I would rather prefer a bearish exhaustion in order to buy with the main trend !

RF...last week the buyers closed above an important W level ( 10.62 )...so all we have to do is waiting for a RET on the level + buyers confirmation in order to push the P higher to 11.16 !

Monthly: Small monthly range, the last month candle closed below it. On the weekly you can see the price go slow down, but no really good retrace to enter. On the daily you will see the price try to retrace, entry at the M level.

Your box is ok. Now the EURUSD is in a small downtrend, I will entry only when the weekly close above the lower box. On my chart the red line is weekly level the blue is monthly, 1 and 2 is possible place to find an entry. Draw my lines on your chart and you will see what I say. I suggest you to use different colors for the monthly and weekly levels.
