Good morning all!
I just searched the thread for settings for my M5 chart on EUR/USD, and did not find specifically settings for it, and found on Eval's post #46 settings for the older-named indis. Could Eval or someone who is ACTIVELY trading this successfully please help me?
On post 46 , the 'Symphonie_Market_Emotion_Indikator' was called 'goldminer2' and had a primary setting 5, which is now set in post one to 7. Which is accurate and current ( and why, if you will) use 7 or 5?

Please keep in mind these are for the M5 EUR/USD.

The second...

post #1 should have the most up to date indikators with settings preset. those are the ones that i use.

Eval, Thanks. I will adapt, and borrowing your namesake, I will 'evaluate' this with a complement of two other indis I have been using successfully trading lower timeframes. I will post screen shots later in the week with results, not theories based on ideas. Thanks for now...Back to pippin!!!

In LONG on EUR on M5 after break of longer term Pitchfork providing former resistance , now turned support. Possible resistance again IMHO at 1.3622 from long term fibo, then nothing until R1 at 1.3666. Go UP !

Just posted a closed trade for the 'hot springs and spa' exit strategy, and I see you Eval using something I am as well on my charts- what looks like a parabolic SAR. What may I ask are your settings bro. I am using mine at Step=.01 and Max=.1

Yes. >The dots are Parbolic SAR. I am testing using Parabolic based on post by iqyu5an to determine whether it might be helpful in working though consolidation periods of price action.

Using Settings of Step 0.0095 and Maximum 0.2

3 trade, 3 win, + 57pip today
not happy at all, because trade too much pair, so it make me confused, and miss chance. Tomorrow I will choose 4 pair and only trade them, not 8 pair anymore :nerd:

Eval,

Why the exit on the second half....wasn't your stop set at 1.3623? I haven't seen it come close to that since your entry.

Thanks

Hi

I am getting 2 error messages when using Sentiment and the new indicator Goldsupercycle. They are - calculation time is 0.2 seconds and the other is - unknown subwindow number -1 for Objectcreate function. These messages are continually being being displayed in the experts every 2 to 3 seconds. My log file is about 75mg per day. It would appear that Goldsupercycle calls Symphonie_Sentiment.

Can anybody fix it, please? Several days ago (can't find it ) somebody raised this issue and a programmer suggested a fix.

Thanks Eval for your persistence...

remove the code Print("Calculation time is ", 0.2, " seconds"); in "Symphonie-Sentiment-Indicator":nerd:

I have been testing modifications on the Extreme Cycle Indikator to improve robustness of the indikator. I have discovered the below modifications can/possibly make to your Extreme Indikator improve repaints and results.[/quote]

Hi Evaluator,

Can you share some experiences regarding the modifications? I will put them on the chart tomorrow and see. Just curious if you already have some comments.

Nice work you're doing here! Thanks,

PB

Hi Evaluator - how are you finding trading the 15 minute chart. Does it seem more reliable than the M5?
