the buy option.. tho I'd just wait if you want the highest probability

honestly I think the USD almost found strength last week but the fundamentals went to shit again.. currently its like two weak and confused currencies fighting themselves.. good luck
You'd better wait for a pinbar formation instead of just buying at that point.

See what happens at the line, otherwise it's a gamble. Wait for confirmed reversal or break out.
I love pinbar formations, but a breakout isn't that bad. Let's see what happen. I won't buy or sell now, but I believe in the breakout!!!

If I had to decide where to make a trade based on only the chart attached and no other context, I would wait to buy below 'x', after all the suckers went short trying to trade a breakout.
