I have left some positions open, for the chance that there is no retrace, but am expecting one.
I've been short this pair for about 4 days now looks like there's alot of support at 0.6984
I see the support you do in the 7900 6950 area. Was hoping we could have bust thru it in the sell off but thats Forex

I've been short this pair since the interest rate cut, scaling in and out along the way. Im holding my last set of shorts with a TP closer to .6850 .6870 area.

I do expect some bounces along the way (Yay more possible areas to scale in!) but that's the ultimate target for this run down. May not get all the way there till the next RBNZ meeting but I dont see anything that can really derail this train right now. As always watch your stops and be on the look out for any swings fundamental wise that could slow us down.

I agree, I was hoping for a sell off also but it's like you said that's the nature of the beast. Lets see how this one plays out.
Looks like buyers aren't letting it fall very far below .70, a retrace to this retrace, might be in order. Around .7250 possibly. Unless .70 is bottom and now up to .90. Would love see that.

I think, the safest bet is shorting AUD/NZD - this pair has peaked at 1.30 on a weekly trend, and is on the way to the bottom line of that trend, well below 1.20.
As soon as USD/JPY resumes its climb towards 114, AUD/NZD will be set

Nobody knows, but I like the charts. I'll keep playing with a buy NZ, see how many times I can buy at .70 and make profit .7 is my new playground...

There should be a retrace of course ... but forex isn't what it used to be ... eur/usd for example ... central banks are on the move.

Might try for 7250, 50% of 7500.
This huge bearish divergence is in the play right now. Target around last years low @ 0.6640 ( also confirmed by Mr. Igrok in his cave). Im waiting for a nice retracement to load up more shorts.

Technically and fundamentally the short side is favored, more rate cuts expected, risk aversion, bla bla .... it seems too easy .... And in forex as we know, nothing is what it seems to be.
