1) He put on more and more indicators on his chart
2) He used EAs for trade signal indications
3) He used EAs for trade executions
Eventually, he turned from a profitable trader to a losing one and left trading.
I do not know if there is correlations between his journey to complicate his TMS and eventual failure.
But it is wise not to walk the same path as those who have failed.
2Scoops' story echoes my advice in this post
1) Don't complicate things. Learn to use the TMS tools, and work you way to SIMPLIFY (i.e. strip) it with more in deep trading knowledge as you progress
2) Don't use EAs. It is both the OP's request to be respected, and your trading skill that is limited by using EAs on a discretionary system.
