Anybody trade divergence on 4H chart? Can they share here pls...

I trade on divergence 4 H chart so far on eur/usd with satisfactory backtesting result

basically I only use stochastic (5,3,3), confirm the divergence with the levels of 80/20 and enter as the line turns....

backtesting has been fine, i'm doing forward testing now and looking to trade 1 or 2 more pairs to use this technique on...

can anyone share which other pair is showing satisfactory results for this simple system?

well basically:

1. use 4H chart only- so far on eur/usd
2. indicator: use stochastic (5,3,3)
3. ATR last 14 periods

identify a divergence and reconfirm with the stochastic for oversold/overbought levels

enter the trade when the peak turns, decide the SL gap by looking at ATR take 60% of the gap.
But use 50 pip as a minimum if u get a gap like 40 pip or so

Take Profit: use 1:1 and 1:2, so split your trade into 2 trades and move your SL to EP when u hit TP1
