Hi. I tried to google for the schedule of interest rates news release by PBOC but failed to get matching data. Can anyone help where can I get the related info? Meanwhile, is it possible for FF to include the PBOC rate announcement in the calendar page, add on to the current major central banks news release?

I believe It may have a positive effect on jpy if interest rates are raised by pboc, causing dumping of carry trades. efxnow news commentary mentions it frequently, may get some info re announcement

Please also add the schedule for China's news announcement in the calender page by all means.

I talked openly and honestly, though Chinese population statistics are not correct, other Chinese economic statistics cannot be correct, I thought.
However, unfortunately, because many"pro-China,anti-Japan"Japanese economists, journalists, analysts, officials exist in actuality, they advertise of China excessively. They are saying that falling stock prices from China will be a vicious circle spiral of a strong yen rate. (Then I will look forward to buying more USD and EUR because I am contrarian trader.)
Although general Japanese citizens(called "silent majority") notice that Japanese politicians were caught by China's money trap and honey trap, many market participants do not know these circumstances, I recommend you watching market before and after China's news announcements.

[03:00 Big Week Ahead For Wall Street - CNN] Sydney, April 22: The strong performance of US stock markets late last week was a major factor behind the revival of JPY-funded carry trades after they were sold off on Thursday in Asia in the wake of very strong data out of China that prompted investor concern over what measures China may take to cool down their super-charged economy. Wall Street was boosted by a wave of better than expected earnings reports from major US companies that resulted in the Dow ending at record highs three sessions in a row. The coming week will see an even larger wave of earnings reports with 35% of the S&P 500 reporting including the likes of Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Exon and Ford. According to CNN if the trend for better than expected earnings continue it could push the Dow above the psychologically important 13,000 level.

There will also be plenty of important US data for the market to chew on including Consumer Confidence, New and Existing Home Sales, the Fed"s Beige Book and Q1 GDP. According to the CNN report, many analysts feel that Wall Street will continue to track higher next week and if it does it will further increase an already very high investor risk appetite. This would greatly benefit currencies such as the AUD, NZD, CAD and GBP while it would put further pressure on funding currencies such as the CHF and in particular the JPY. --

If the earnings are indeed truly high, then we would be seing another wave of JPY shorts
