Hey Pike,

Those "Fib" cycles and time seem to be working well .
Thanks for the update/reminder.

True or false ?

Gann often stated that the actual start of a new trend is not at the conclusion of the prior campaign or trend.
He saw the first retracement that fails to make a new high or low,as the actual start.

The start of the downtrend is not the high of the move, but the small secondary high
at that point his methods converge, its then down to PRICE,TIME AND GEOMETRY.

markets,go 3 ways,up down or range

expand,contract or symetrical

i have alway run the fibonacci tool from the high to low or low to high

but now we know time travel is possible, and Dr Who is real.

it seems my use of the fibonnaci tool was incorrect.

them summarians were smart dudes.

don't forget to try running time fibs low to low or high to high. Market waves tend to be more saw tooth than sine.

Take the time off the chart and then you don't have to worry about it

A couple of years ago I spent six months with several others in Earik Bean's forums experimenting with all of his Wave 59 timing goodies and failed to improve on this simple tool......I also find that the SQ9 price indy has its uses....

I typically look for confluence from multiple time frames as well rather than take a single signal. Unless I have a cycle worked out that has consistent enough hits in it's history for guessing a turn.

I've been burned too many times just taking one instance of confluence on a single chart without backing it up with other signals.
