Trading rooms

Hi,

I'm looking to join a live trading room either forex trading coaches, forex mentor pro if phil newtons trading strategies.

Just wondering if anyone had any experience of the above and how was it.

I've done it before and found it to be a distraction from my own trading. Now, this was likely because I wasn't approaching it from the right view point. That viewpoint being (IMO); use the chat room to learn from other's and how they trade. So instead of trying to trade your own system at the same time you're in the room, just don't trade at all and observe/take notes. Have a chart up, but to watch how other's trades are moving. Observe their risk controls (stops, risk:reward, etc.), maybe ask way they entered the trade, or why they jumped out. Treat it like a class room and you will learn a lot just sitting back and watching.
