Hi Tea Trader,

You dont need any meeter to see is currency acting weak or strong.

usd/chf and eur/usd

If EUR/usd at some time is half day range went already when usd/chf at the same time is only 1/3 went, that means EUR/USD is stronger.

So, You want to trade strongest currency, You trade EUR/USD.

This is basic.

Normally if I was comparing say indexes I'd put them all on a line graph to see which one is dropping/rising the quickest thus determining strong/weak, however with forex as there's so many different pairs I'm not too sire if to compare the select few with a pair or all!!

Just a quick thanks to the awesome programmers out there. During lucnh today i went thru the thread and dug out a few of the indies posted for mt4.

I came up with this chart ...

IBFX is tha platform .. volume seems pretty good. I will post the indies and the template later

Has GU been going up on decreasing volume in your platforms too?... I am using IBFX and the volume has been completely decreasing on this up move...

low volume asian session .. usd getting killed acrosss the board.

Just go with it.... try using a hulls moving average or look for low vol tests with the volume relative to the session vol ...

ie this 5 min i just entered long on ( missed orignal move)

Thanks for the kind words, especially from you, my VSA mentor. As I mentioned before, I coded and shared indicators just for showing my repects to this lovely community.

BTW, the lastest version of Volume Monitor is 2.1, which could display gracefully in the corner 1.

Go steady with that trade, there doesn't seem to be much weakness there.
There maybe an 85 pip range emerging in GU.

Agree on this one .. that fake out breakout 1.6000 looks odd , the fact it happened in Asia even odder.
