Thank you everyone for expressing your support, particularly Leon, @Tragruel, @Vincent1, @pipfarm, @HiddenGap, @Techanalyst, @Boulder, @shad4u2 who said many nice things and remined me of why I kept this thread going. Special thanks to @C-12 who kept the fire burning by posting his great setups here.
I have to say I thought about stopping. But then I reminded myself of why I kept this thread going in recent times. A glance into the the past, I started this thread in order to document my journey. At the time I thought if I document my trade plans in advance that would help me to execute them more precisely. That thought process was very true. Because I used to do a lot of random trades back then. Trades that you shouldn't take because they don't meet the criteria of the trade plan or they don't have a good RRR to justify the risk. So I kept documenting my trades in order to basically improve my own trading. At some point along the way, some curious traders started asking questions. And I stared answering those questions and explaining my trades. So the teaching part was never the plan. But the fascinating thing about teaching is that when you teach something you yourself understand it better. Then at that point, posting the trade ideas was not about improving my own trading anymore. Because through repetitions I have formed the habit of automatically following my trade plans. The reason for posting become more about sharing the experience and techniques (I don't call it knowledge because I didn't invent any of these stuff, I simply put them together) with others.
Anyways, back to the subject, I think this thread needs reformatting in order to not look like a signal service. I'll come up with something in the future. But in the mean time, if you are here please note the following:
1) This is a trading journal, not a signal service.
2) The trade ideas posted here, by me or others, may or may not work. So only use them if you understand the reasons behind the trade setups and if they fit your own trading plan.
3) Understand that if a follow up trade is posted after the initial trade setup, it does not mean it is now the time to jump in. Most of the times, it is already too late. So you need to study the setups and understand how they work before experimenting with them.
4) Always apply proper risk management.
5) I am not responsible for your losses the same way that I am not expecting a "thank you note" if you have made money using these trade ideas.
Also, I would like to thank many traders who sent me very nice and encouraging pm's. I am going to reply to all of them, but they are so many of them so it may take a while.
Best,
S
